Hi there, I would like to book an appointment to renew my passport in Edmonton. There is an outreach program there on the 19th to the 20th of July 2014.There is no telephone number to contact to book an appointment so please I need help, my passport is already expired and I need that Edmonton outreach so bad. The Philippine Consulate General’s Office in Vancouver has a website and you can book online, vancouverpcg.org.
You can also call them at (604) 685-1619 or (604) 685-7645. Their email address is vancouverpcg@telus.net.
Their website says that Edmonton is fully booked for July. Please check online for other areas like Brooks, Medicine Hat or Fort McMurray when it is available. Or you’ll have to wait for the next Edmonton outreach in October.
There is no chance. Once a certain place comes to view on the website, it is very strange that all the dates are fully booked right away.
May I suggest that you give the honorary consuls a call if you have the time and I hope either that two of them can provide you the answer 🙂

There is a tentative schedule for outreach program on October in Edmonton and i really appreciate this opportunity however, i tried several times to sign up for ONLINE booking under Philippine Consulate Vancouver website it didn’t go through. I am aware its not only me who encountered this issue. I tried contacting their office and left a VM informing about their system. I really need your assistance hence i want to avail the coming outreach program but unfortunately i can’t do the booking because of their system.Your help is really appreciated.

Booking online at vancouverpcg.org for outreach renewal of passport it too frustrating,,, i have tried for almost 2 months now..sa umpisa makikita mo di pa available for booking,, the next day fully booked na. laging ganon..until now di pa rin ako makapg book.
