
PSA chief bares best coach, mythical five candidates

The best coach and mythical five awardees will be announced during the 2014 Crosstown Auto Centre-Philippine Sports Association(PSA) Spring League awards night on Sunday, June 15, at the Max’s Restaurant, 11650 142 Street NW in Edmonton.
PSA president Joey Doctolero released the list of candidates gunning for the individual honors.
Evan Alonzo of AMDG, Chester Tiongson of Crosstown Auto and Lito Banzil of Abe Abe are the top bets for the best coach award in the master’s division while Joe Simon of R&D Bobcats and Alex Galang of Piccolino Bistro are the favorites in the open division.
Joseph Gonzales of Jammers, RJ Librea of Crooks, Kylyn Espatero of Palabok House, Earl Geronimo of Knights, Winston Tan of Jammers, Darryl Supnet of X-Men and Brian Leyte of L Massage are the best guard candidates while being eyed for the best forward honor are Ian Silvestre of Ramboyz, Jumel Olmo of Jammers, JR Sumagit of R&D Bobcats, Arvin Gonzales and Carlo Chengko of Palabok House, Rob Fernandez of Crooks and Jay Ardrada of Cobra Kai.
Best center candidates are Nacky Cuenco of R&D Bobcats, Chris Tantengco of Crooks, Vince Angel of Extreme and Rommel Campaner of X-Men.
In the master’s division, entered in the best guard awardee’s list are Michael Aranilla of Legends, Carlo Colinares and Eric Sanggalang of Crosstown, Maynard Mital and Lloyd Acielo of AMDG, Gary Anauta of Avengers and Marvin Gonzales of Pang Asar.
Best forward bets are Michael Gonzales of Abe Abe, Ryan Carandang and Arvin Mital of AMDG, Angelo Anolin and Zoey Bravo of Legends, Edwin Arciaga, Dodo de Guzman and Butchoy Inoc of Crosstown while Edwin Caraan of AMDG, Marvin Villoso and Rey Dalit of Legends and Allan Tugade of Crosstown are being considered for the best center award.
Team Crooks ruled the open division and Crosstown Auto topped the master’s class of the spring league organized by the Philippine Sports Association and supported by Crosstown Auto Centre.(pinoy edmonton news)
