Kiki’s Project presentation at Edmonton Zoo on Canada Day

Miss Earth Edmonton 2014 Kiki Szu-Yu Chen continues her reign with a series of activities  on Canada Day.

Chen will be at the Edmonton Zoo from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a presentation dubbed as Kiki’s Project.

She has been visiting elementary schools to present to students her garbage recycle project by pointing out simple and practical ways in reducing, reusing and recycling waste products.

With the growing population in Edmonton, Chen said more waste is being produced.

Miss Earth Edmonton 2014 pageant director Myrhalyn Dela Rosa is encouraging Edmontonians to check on the event by visiting their booth and know more of Kiki’s Project.

Meanwhile, Shelvie Fernan, newly-crowned Miss Water Edmonton will be one of the judges in the Western Canada pageant in the City of Cold Lake.(pinoy edmonton news)
