Police seek public’s assistance in locating missing man

The Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an elderly man who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.

Terry Badger, 76, did not show up for an appointment at 1 p.m. today and there is concern for his safety and well-being.

Badger was last seen leaving his southwest residence at 12:30 p.m. today without his wife who drives him to his appointments. He is operating a 2007 Ford Edge that is beige-green in colour with the Alberta licence plate LAX909. Badger owns a property at Pigeon Lake and may be driving in that direction.

Badger is described as 6’2” tall and weighs 220 lbs. He has a grey beard and grey hair. He was wearing a yellow golf shirt.

Anyone who may have information on this individual’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Edmonton Police Service at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.  Anonymous information can be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online atwww.tipsubmit.com/start.htm.
