Temporary foreign workers are invited to an Information Session organized by Migrante Alberta.
Yessy Byl of the Alberta Civil Liberties Research Centre will talk about the TFW Program and the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program(AINP) on December 7, Sunday, 4 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 31, 401 Gelkie Street, corner of Pyramid Lake Road in Jasper.
Migrante Alberta spokesperson Marco Luciano is calling all TFWs in the Hinton, Edson and Jasper areas to attend for them to learn more about the programs. “This is a good chance for our TFWs to ask immigration questions,” said Luciano in an email to Pinoy Edmonton News.
Free transportation is being arranged from Edson(Edson Walmart parking lot, 1:30 p.m.) and Hinton (Hinton Walmart parking lot, 2:45 p.m.).
Light dinner will be provided to the participants.(p.e.n.)
