Assist to identify break and enter suspect

The Edmonton Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance to identify a man who is alleged to have committed a break and enter at a senior home last week.

On February 28, 2015 at 3:50 p.m., the unidentified male entered a long-term care facility near 104 Street and 111 Avenue. It is reported that the male was observed walking toward patients’ rooms, and is alleged to have removed a purse belonging to patients from the facility.

The suspect is described as a male, approximately 25 years old, 5’10”, approximately 175 lbs., wearing a dark grey jacket, light grey pants, white/grey running shoes, black hat and a green back pack with bright orange buckles.

Anyone with information about the suspect’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Edmonton Police Service at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.  Anonymous information can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online atwww.tipsubmit.com/start.htm.
