Changes in Consular Outreach in Prince Rupert and Grande Prairie

The Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver informs the public that the scheduled consular outreach in Prince Rupert on April 9-10, 2015 has been cancelled since the online booking system failed to reach the minimum number of bookings for passport applications as required under government regulations.  The Consulate appreciates the understanding of concerned applicants who may have been inconvenienced by these changes.

In view of the cancellation in the consular outreach in Prince Rupert, the Philippine Consulate announces that a consular outreach will be held in Grande Prairie, Alberta on April 9-11, 2015 to offer passport, notarials, NBI and other consular services.  Applicants are advised to monitor regularly the Consulate’s website for the announcement on the opening of the online appointment system.
