Have fun in the snow with Front Yards in Bloom: Winterscapes
Don’t let the cold weather stop you from making your front yard shine. The City of Edmonton’s Front Yards in Bloom: Winterscapes program is back. Celebrate winter and beautify your neighbourhood at the same time.
A winterscape can include snow, ice, lights, ornaments and winter-themed scenery. Individuals, families and teams can participate by building a winterscape in their front yard or in a public space. Participate by filling out the nomination form and submitting a photo of your own or someone else’s winterscape. Entries and nominations will be accepted from January 17 to February 28.
Visit edmonton.ca/winterscapes for information about the award categories, inspirational photos, and a list of prizes you can win. At the end of the program, photos will be posted on the City of Edmonton’s Facebook page for voting. The winterscape with the most votes in each category will move onto the final round of judging.
