Preparations are underway for the Edmonton Zumba on Nov.16 at the Game Time Playground and Sports Centre in Edmonton.
Co-organizer Manny “The Zumba King” Arban said artist and dance instructor Wowie de Guzman is coming.
Wowie is one of the top matinee idols in the Philippines during the 1990s and was a member of the Universal Motion Dancers. He was also nominted Best Actor for the FAMAS Award in 1998 in his role in “Paano Ang Puso Ko?”.
Arban said tickets are only at $35 with some of the proceeds going to two charitable groups.
