More COVID restrictions to save lives: Premier

News Release

At 6:02 p.m. today (May 4), Premier Jason Kenney will announce new public health measures to limit the spread of COVID-19.

The announcement will be livestreamed to alberta.ca/news, Premier Kenney’s Facebook page and Twitter, and live feed will be provided to media.

Alberta’s government is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic by protecting lives and livelihoods with precise measures to bend the curve, sustain small businesses and protect Alberta’s health-care system.
