PCG Calgary to Resume Two Saturday Consular Services Per Month

The Philippine Consulate General (PCG) in Calgary wishes to inform the public that it will resume this month of May 2021 its two Saturday Consular Services per month.

The PCG conducted two Saturday Consular Services from July 2020 to March 2021 to offset its inability to undertake consular outreach missions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Through these weekend services, the PCG was able to accommodate more passport applicants and administer the oath of those retaining or re-acquiring their Philippine citizenship.

In April 2021, the PCG was only able to conduct one Saturday Consular Service as it prepared for its transfer to its new office on 1 May 2021.

The PCG’ schedule for two Saturday Consular Services, which will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., is as follows:

May 15 and 29
June 19 and 26
July 17 and 24
August 21 and 28
September 18 and 25
October 16 and 23
November 20 and 27
December 11 and 18

When the public health situation improves and the PCG can conduct consular outreach missions again, one of the two Saturdays will be used during the consular outreach.

The PCG accepts passport applications by appointment and advises passport applicants to book their appointment online at http://www.passport.gov.ph. Information on passport application requirements can be found at http://www.passport.gov.ph.

Non-passport applications, such as authentication of documents, retention and re-acquisition of Philippine citizenship, and civil registration, are accepted by the PCG by mail.

It’s just that everytime I try to book an appointment it’s fully book.
