Plant with Pride with Root for Trees!
Root for Trees will host ‘Plant with Pride’, a special planting event to commemorate Pride Month giving residents the opportunity to participate in tree planting, family-friendly activities and entertainment from the Edmonton Drag Festival.
This event is a unique opportunity to celebrate our Pride community while contributing to the City’s goal of planting two million trees through a combination of open space and boulevard tree planting, as well as planting native species in naturalization areas.
Date: Saturday, June 17
Time: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Location: Louise McKinney Park
Cost: Free
