City invites input on Arc Tap to Pay Usability Testing

The City of Edmonton invites residents’ input into projects, policies and initiatives that grow communities, establish government services and prepare the city for the future. Below are current opportunities for Edmontonians to shape the city.

Changing neighbourhoods to meet changing needs:
Crystallina Nera East Park. The City invites residents to provide feedback on the design options for Crystallina Nera East Community Park. Visit edmonton.ca/CommunityParkDevelopment to complete the survey until July 8.

Defining what Edmonton will look like in the future:
Wildland-Urban Interface Wildfire Risk Strategy. The City invites Edmontonians to share feedback on ways to mitigate wildfire risk, including vegetation management, public education and land-use planning. Responses will support the Wildland-Urban Interface Wildfire Risk Strategy, a long-term wildfire risk strategy to prioritize reducing the potential of physical and economic losses from wildfires, protecting people, property and the environment. Visit engaged.edmonton.ca/WildfireStrategy to participate until July 21.
Arc Tap to Pay Usability Testing. The City invites transit riders to volunteer to help test the newest Arc feature: tap to pay with credit or debit. We need 30-35 riders to pay for transit with contactless payment methods and provide feedback to help ensure Arc Tap to Pay is ready for all riders. Please note not everyone who completes the survey will participate in testing. Participants will be selected to ensure a diverse testing pool, including riders who are eligible for all fare caps and use different payment methods. Visit edmonton.ca/Arc to complete the recruitment survey by July 13.

Details about City public digital engagement activities are listed at engaged.edmonton.ca with all opportunities at edmonton.ca/publicinvolvementcalendar.
