Kabisig Society of Fort Saskatchewan in partnership with Careers Under Construction (CUC) is hosting a free information session for Temporary Foreign Workers and Live-in Caregivers on December 7, Saturday, 1 to 5 p.m. at the Careers Under Construction, No.162 10404-99 Avenue (near Giant Tiger) in Fort Saskatchewan.

Organizers announced that everyone is welcome to learn from volunteer lawyer Yessy Byl of the Edmonton Community Legal Centre, who is also an educator from the Alberta Civil Liberties Research Centre.

Marco Luciano of Migrante Alberta, an advocacy group for Filipino contract workers, will also be a presenter.(pinoy edmonton news)
