Edmonton – A Great Host City
Edmonton has developed a strong reputation as a world-class host city for events. The city has long been known for its large number of annual festivals and events, and each of these helps add to and showcase Edmonton’s vibrancy and culture.
However in recent years our community has had great success in attracting and hosting national and international sporting and cultural events that contribute to Edmonton being one of the best in the world to live and work.
These events bring the world to Edmonton, and showcase us to a global audience. With more events coming to Edmonton every year, the city’s reputation as an incredible host and a vibrant city will only continue to grow.
Below are just some of the major events that Edmonton Events, a unique partnership between the City of Edmonton and Edmonton Tourism, has helped attract to the city in this and future years.
