The Philippine Social Security System(SSS) Outreach resumes this afternoon from 1 to 3 p.m. at the 6th Sense Cafe inside the Millwoods Town Centre Mall.

Roberto Roldan, SSS Representative from Ottawa, will answer all questions regarding the Overseas Filipino Workers SSS Coverage and Flexi-fund programs.

Questions like “Who are covered under the program?”, “When does the coverage of an OFW member take effect?”, “How does one register as an OFW member?”, “What will be the basis of monthly contributions?”, “Where will payments be made?”, “What are the benefits and loan privileges of an OFW member”, “When are contribution payments due?” are to be answered with the correct details to the clients.

Duterte Volunteers Alberta Canada leader Benjie Lindo, Cesar Daitol and Gerry Taguiam were on hand yesterday to assist Roldan and members of the Filipino community.

After the Edmonton leg, Roldan flies to Vancouver and will be at the Surrey Public Library on Friday, tomorrow, June 16 from 5 to 9 p.m. for another Outreach and on Sunday, June 19 at the Collingwood Neighbourhood House, 5288 Joyce Street, Vancouver from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.(p.e.n.)
