The 2017 Corpus Christi Charity Golf Tournament tees off this morning, 8 a.m. at the Mill Woods Golf Club in Edmonton.
The tournament, which will raise funds for the parish’s building fund, is expected to attract 100 players today as various companies have thrown its support.
Tournament chairman Joseph Duenas, co-chairman Manuel Ibasco, Father Joseph Vadaserry, Deacon Gem Mella will lead in awarding the prizes to the winners later in the evening. The Catholic Women’s League and other volunteers have set up the awarding ceremony venue.(p.e.n.)
