Crosstown Auto cruises to third win, Part 3/Media bounces back in ERBC cagefest

Crosstown Auto Centre’s dealer principal Joe Medina aims from the three-point area in this bit of action against Dating Gilas. Crosstown won, 71-68 for its third straight victory.(p.e.n.)

Crosstown Auto Centre piled up a 20-point lead and kept its rival at bay to escape with a 71-68 win over the Dating Gilas in the 2017 The Gathering at ERBC: Friendly Basketball League, Saturday, at the ERBC gym.

Crosstown Auto cruised to its third straight win while Dating Gilas dropped to its second setback in three games.

Part 3/Media, on the other hand, bounced back by outscoring Cool Daddy, 86-53 to level its win-loss card to 1-1.

Cool Daddy suffered its second defeat in three outings.

Tournament commissioner Elijah Principio said games will resume on October 7, Saturday, featuring Cool Daddy against Blades at 10 a.m., Golden Bucks versus Dating Gilas at 11:15 a.m., 1st Canadian vs. Part 3/Media at 12:20 p.m. in the master’s division.

PSA plays Alpha & Omega at 1:35 p.m., Knights meet Kada at 2:40 p.m. and Los Pepes take on Full Force at 3:55 p.m. in the open division.(p.e.n.)
