The Philippine Consulate General (PCG) in Calgary will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission in Fort McMurray, Alberta with details as follows:

Passport applications are STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT. Applicants must book an appointment by emailing the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org :
1. Email Subject: Consular Outreach in Fort McMurray
2. Complete Name and Age
3. Mobile Number
4. Attach a photo / scan of the following documents:
• Duly-filled out Application Form for Passport Renewal
• Data page of current Philippine Passport
• Valid PR Card or Work Permit
• For minor applicants below 18 years old: copy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate to serve as proof of filiation, and valid passport of accompanying parent.
• For married women who will adopt surname of their husband: Birth Certificate, and original PSA/NSO copy of their Marriage Certificate / Report of Marriage.
Bring all original documents (application form, passport, PR card or work permit, etc.) on the day of your appointment. Please come at least 30 minutes before your appointed time.
All other consular services will be processed on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis. Priority will be given to senior citizens (60 y/o & above), minors (7 y/o & below), pregnant women, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
Please refer to the PCG’s official website www.philcongencalgary.org for the list of requirements for consular services. Only applications with COMPLETE and correct requirements will be accepted / processed.
The PCG has NO photocopying service. Please bring the original and the required photocopies of your documents.
Payments for consular services may be made in bank draft or money order payable to the “Philippine Consulate General Calgary” and indicating exact amount. The PCG will issue official receipts for payments made to the PCG Cashier. The PCG has not authorized any person or entity to collect payments on its behalf, including donations for venue rental or meals of Consulate personnel during consular outreach missions.
You may submit a self-addressed mailing envelope together with your application for (a) passport, (b) notarization/legalization of documents, and (c) civil registration if you wish for your document/s to be mailed back to you after the processing period (3 working days, except for passports). Otherwise, documents may be claimed in person at the PCG in Calgary. The PCG is not responsible for delays or loss of documents in the mail. It is the applicant’s responsibility to contact their preferred mailing service provider for any concern relating to their mailed documents.
