2020 property tax payments due August 31

Property owners in Edmonton who have not paid their 2020 property taxes have until August 31, 2020, to pay without incurring any late-payment penalties. On September 1, a five per cent penalty will be applied to any outstanding balances. 
For monthly payment plan participants who have deferred any monthly payments, the sum of your deferred monthly payments, along with the September installment, will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on September 1. 
Property tax bills can be paid at most financial institutions, by telephone or online banking, and by mail. In-person payments at the Edmonton Service Centre will not be available at this time.
