Vaccination clinic on wheels continues tour

Alberta’s mobile vaccination clinic will be in a number of locations across the province Sept. 13-17.

Launched in July, the mobile vaccination clinic is a joint effort between Alberta Health and a broad coalition of businesses to help further extend Alberta’s vaccination campaign. The clinic’s focus is on rural communities, hard-to-reach populations, worksites and other locations where vaccine uptake may be low.

“Vaccines offer the best protection from COVID-19. While there are many ways for Albertans to get the jab, our mobile clinic takes the opportunity right to people where they work and gather. Thank you to our partners in the Industry for Vaccination Coalition for their continued support to keep these mobile clinics going across the province.”
Tyler Shandro, Minister of Health

The clinic can provide up to 300 vaccinations per day to ensure all Albertans who want the vaccine have easy access to it.
