Grab Your Cape! Join over 400 fellow heroes – including Honourary Chair Sarah Chan and Mayor Don Iveson –  for a delicious meal, amazing silent and live auction packages and incredible cakes by some of Edmonton’s most creative chefs. This year the Stephen Mandel EPL Champion Award will be presented to Stanley A. Milner, recognizing a half-century of support and advocacy for Edmonton Public Library.

Be Our Hero! The 2015 Books2Eat Gala will challenge cake designers to prepare creations inspired by tales of adventure and sacrifice, herculean acts, and ordinary people who do extraordinary things. Don your cape and stand with us as we ensure access to library resources for sharing, discovery and learning – today, and for future generations.
