City seeks input on row housing setbacks in small-scale infill developments
The City is seeking input on proposed changes to the Zoning Bylaw regulations governing side setback and amenity area requirements for row housing in RF3 Small Scale Infill Development Zones. Feedback is being accepted through an online survey that will remain open until October 20, 2015.
The proposed changes identify a number of areas where row housing developments in RF3 zones could be improved to help reduce the impact on adjacent properties and better integrate with the surrounding community.
Row housing and other infill development is an important part of building a sustainable city. It helps create more diverse housing options in our mature areas, keeping these neighbourhoods as vibrant and sustainable as today.
