Santa’s Parade of Lights & All is Bright this Saturday
The parade starts at 4:30 p.m. on Jasper Ave and 99 Street, with viewing spaces along the sidewalks on the inside of the route. Santa will be at the end of the parade, and he will stop at Churchill Square to collect his letters from the crowd. Food trucks and family-friendly programming will be on the Square from 3:30-6:30 p.m.
The businesses of 124 Street and High Street host ‘All is Bright’ from 3-8 p.m., with activities for the whole family such as sleigh rides, street performers, photos with Santa, and outdoor patios with free hot beverages. Adults can also enjoy the beverage gardens, live music and fire and light dancers. Many of the local shops will have additional activities and demonstrations.

- 102 Avenue, eastbound, 97-99 Street
The staging area on Jasper Avenue, westbound, 97-99 Street will be closed 1:30-6 p.m.
‘All is Bright’ activities will result in a partial closure of 102 Avenue from 124 Street to Clifton Place, but access will be maintained. The sleigh ride route may cause short delays on these roads:
- 124 Street, southbound, 102-103 Avenue
- 103 Avenue, westbound, 123-124 Street
- 123 Street, northbound, 102-103 Avenue

Getting There and Around
Downtown and 124 Street are easily reached by ETS. All routes will remain in service, but the road closures may cause short delays on those impacted.
Parking along the parade route will be closed starting on Saturday at 6 a.m. Parkades and lots in the downtown core are available at regular rates. Access out of parkades on the route will be limited for 15-20 minutes while the parade passes.
Parking on 124 Street is available, along with a free ETS charter on the Platinum Bus, which travels up and down 124 Street between 102-112 Avenue, stopping at all regular ETS bus stops. The free charter bus stops will be marked.
