If you have not bought your tickets yet, worry not as organizers have set aside tickets for last-minute buyers on Saturday’s charity concert at the OTS Hall in Edmonton.
Rommel Duco, past president of the organizing Dabawenyos Cultural Assistance Society, said tickets at $25 each will be sold at the gate.
“Sigurado, may hahabol, kaya nag allocate kami ng tickets sa kanila at the gate. Ang tiket na ‘yan, included na ang merienda niyan,” Duco said.
The benefit concert will feature the Jess Valdez Switch Band and Jam for a Cause starting at 7 p.m. until 1 a.m.
Net proceeds will be used to construct public wash rooms and water supply systems in the Philippines.
Duco and current president Robert Torrejon promoted the event at Himig Pinoy World FM 101.7, Thursday afternoon, with the help of DJ Rolan Latorre.
