Senator Tobias C. Enverga Jr. speaks to the Filipino business community regarding the proposed tax changes affecting small business owners yesterday, Oct.21, at the Panciteria de Manila restaurant in Edmonton. The Filipino business owners look at the proposed changes as “unfair” and have signed a petition to stop it. With him is Member of Parliament Kelly McCauley (Edmonton West). (p.e.n.)
